Monday started the kids two week Fall break from school except for Z. Since he is virtual homes chooled, he only gets one week off and it doesn't start until next week. Yesterday proved very difficult. With all the other kids home needing this or that and fussing as they usually do when they are together, we didn't get much school work accomplished. As a consequence, he is now approaching alarm with attendance. I know that I could lie on the attendance report and enter more time than he actually worked, but then I wouldn't get an accurate picture as to where he was with respect to his lessons.
Hopefully today will be better, but I am not going to hold my breath. A big reason is that it has been raining since last night and they kids won't be able to go outside.
These are the trials and tribulations of a regular guy who bacame his children's Dad.
