Wow! It has been a very long time since I posted here. My life had gotten crazy for the past two years. We moved to Missouri and tried things there but were not very happy so we moved back to Arizona. But this time we decided not to move to the big city and settled for a small town for the kids.
We love where we are now and so do the kids. The have a pretty good yard (although not a big flat grassy yard like we had in Missouri) that they can play in. They love to dig and hunt for bugs. I was employed before we moved, but it is quite difficult to find a job in a small town as a Graphic Designer. My wife is a nurse so she already found a job here right near the house we are renting. But that leaves me time to be at home for my kids.
This year we have three of our kids in school. Two in elementary school, and one in middle school. I take care of the remaining two during the day. Which you would think taking care of a 19 month old and an almost four your old wouldn't be that difficult compared to when they are all home, but it is...to me anyway. Taking care of their needs and wants leaves me little time for my needs and wants, especially my ebook reading and my re-education for starting a home based business.
Why is it that during the week, I have to poke and prod my school age kids to get up and get ready, but on the weekends when I would like a few minutes extra sleep, the are up earlier than during the week? I just don't understand it.
Well, here the come now...got to go.
