Only two more days of school left until summer. I can't wait. The boys should be able to finish the last of their work today. Friday, N has her 8th grade graduation or 'promotion' as her school calls it. My mom will be coming up also. I am sure that most of the ceremony will be boring. I don't even know if they will get a certificate or anything or have their name called and walk across the stage. We will see.

Speaking of N, she is off to a trip down to the valley to one of the water parks. I know that she will have fun. I am praying that the trip there and back again goes well with no problems.

Well, I better get the boys up so they can get their school work done so that I can get some cleaning done.

I just finished mopping the kitchen. It really needed it. Then again, it always needs it. Five kids = spills everywhere. Next up will be the dining room floor then the bathroom. I don't think that I will be able to get it done today.

While we were doing Language Arts earlier, Z got in one of his moods where he kept throwing fits and wouldn't do his work so I sent him to his room. Shortly afterwards he was asleep. I don't know what is causing it, but when ever he gets in this kind of mood he goes off and takes a nap. When he gets up he is fine.

Too bad we don't have health insurance. I would take him to see a doctor and see if there was some kind of chemical imbalance or something because this problem is having a significant effect on his learning.

M is going to be in a bad way I think for the rest of the week. Tomorrow and Friday she is going to work double shifts. Last night she fell asleep before dinner in the chair and then went to bed rather early for her. I hope there is nothing wrong with her. We will see how she makes it through these double shifts. Saturday she will be sleeping in I am sure so I won't plan on any family activities until later in the afternoon.

Another day in the can. As usual, I am the last one up and about. Surprise, surprise, I didn't get anything else done today. M came home from work and we took care of a few errands then we took the kids to the park for a while. They had a lot of fun and I enjoyed watching them play. Afterward, we picked up N from her trip to the water park. And yes, she is sun burned despite using sun screen.
