I know I should be asleep now, but I am not. I was trying to transfer files from my old PC-8201A to the PC with no success. Now I am watching The Boondock Saints. So far it doesn't seem too bad.
Earlier, before the baby's mom picked up the baby, Z was crying in her room. M went to see what the problem was, and came running out. I went to see and blood was dripping out from Z's nose and was all over her pajamas, the bed and the floor. M took her to get cleaned up and I set about cleaning up blood from the carpet. M found out that she picked her nose and it started bleeding. She tried to stop it with a blanket and when that didn't work she laid in her bed and started crying. Lucky we were up when it happened. There was an awful lot of blood. I keep checking on her to see if she is OK. She is long asleep now, and I should be also.
Today, M told the baby's mom that we can't babysit anymore. If all goes well, N's half sister will be coming to live with us soon and we won't have the time to babysit. That is a big 'if" though. We have a lot of financial problems and money problems so it would be a miracle if we were allowed to adopt her and then if she wanted to come and live with us. They seem to be taking an awful long time to move the paperwork along so I think they have decided not to approve us.

And yet again, everyone is asleep except for me. Which is fine by me. I didn't have a really good day. The kids acted up and watching the baby really tired me out.
I finally figured out how to transfer text files from my NEC PC-8201A to the PC. The only problem that I foresee is that when we turn the school computer back in, I won't have a computer with a serial port to use for transferring files.
I am really getting sleepy. I forgot to turn the dishwasher last night and there was s till dirty dishes tonight when I went to do tonight's dishes. So I thought I could wait until the washer ran and then empty it and put tonight's dirty dishes. But I foresee that I will be passed out in the next 10 minutes.
