Home. Only three more days until Christmas. I can't wait...until it is over. The kids are excited. That is good I guess. I know they will have a good time. I was hoping for a white Christmas this year, but it has been too warm. It has been cloudy the past few day and even today it looks like we might get some precipitation but the temperature is not low enough for snow I don't think.

Next week will be Hailey's 3rd birthday. I can't believe she will be only three. At least to me she seems smarter and speaks better than the average child her age. She probably gets that from Zoe. She is learning her letters, she knows her colors and most of her numbers. She her basic shapes also. She will do well next year in school. I don't know if I will home school her or let her go to regular school yet, but either way, she also is ahead of the curve.

Still home. Earlier this afternoon it snowed quite a bit. It surprised me how much accumulated. I would have thought that most of it would have melted. The kids were pretty excited about the snow so I took them out front to play for a little bit. They had fun and ate several handfuls of it.

Right now I am watching A Christmas Carol with George C. Scott from 1984. Of all the versions, it is my favorite.

I have to remember to watch Die Hard and It's a Wonderful Life also before Christmas. There is not much time left.
