Home. The weather is nice out today so far with high clouds and a nice breeze. M took Z to the bank to cash a check that was in his name. We got some money from the boys' school for our internet connection, only the check came in Z's name.

I was hoping today to get more lessons done with the boys, but as usual, something comes along to prevent it. Right now, M has Z at the store so we can't do any lessons right now. But they have a two week break so hopefully we will get caught up then.

I was hoping to get some Christmas shopping done this week but that is not going to be possible. I have found a few things online that I want to get, but won't be able to until after next Wednesday. Too close to Christmas to have it delivered on time. Hopefully though I will be able to go to Phoenix on Christmas Eve and get some things. I know it will be crazy, but I don't really have any choice as usual.

Just finished mopping the kitchen. Waiting for the floor to dry before I can make dinner. I also vacuumed the living room. More cleaning scheduled for after dinner. Maybe one day I will have a clean house.

Earlier, an adjuster came to look at the roof to assess the damage from the storm the other day. The management company said that the owner would replace the whole south side of the roof. I will believe it when I see it.

Well, another day in the can. It wasn't a bad day. I took the kids out front to ride their bikes and play for over an hour. They had a lot of fun. I was hoping that all that physical activity would wear them out so they would get to sleep early. But not so. They are all in bed now, but the still tried to hold out for an hour or so.
