I didn't want to get up this morning, but I had too. I had a dentist appointment for a deep cleaning and had to cancel it because after our trip, we had no money to pay for it. Also, I had to start putting our camping equipment away.

Yesterday was a real hoot. We left Chula Vista after eating lunch at Taco Bell. I decided to go north to I10 and take that to Phoenix instead of going back I8. I like the drive better. Overall trip home wasn't horrible, but there were several incidents that caused me frustration.

Our little old van performed like a champ and got us there and back again without any problems. One bit of advice for people traveling to places they are not h the area you are traveling to, an inexpensive GPS is a must. I got one for Christmas a while back and it has helped us get to many places that would have been otherwise troublesome to locate. Especially in California.

Well, we forgot to give the kids their motion sickness medicine on the way home. And sure enough, Z had bad tummy problems at a gas station. He was in there about 15 minutes. Then when we stopped in Fountain Hills to eat, he threw up in the bathroom and in the van on the way home. I am sure it will be a real treat cleaning it out today.

M is finally up. Better get back to my chores.
