Well, I went to the dentist today for a cleaning and exam. I haven't been for over two years. I knew I would have some problems, but not what the told me.

I have been having problems with two of my teeth having great sensitivity to cold and paint when eating harder food. After a full set of x-rays and photos of my teeth and poking and prodding, I got to see the doctor. The conclusion was that I should have my 4 wisdom teeth removed because of cavities that will be too difficult to take care of. Also, I need a deep cleaning and the teeth that were bothering me will possibly need root canals and probably crowns due to severe cracks.

While we do have dental insurance, our portion of these procedures are still very expensive so I don't know how we are going to come up with the money. I may have to postpone some of them at the detriment of my teeth but I don't see any other way at this time. That is what I get for grinding my teeth and cracking them and not brushing better.

The kids are in the back playing Candyland. Earlier they tried playing Dora Chutes and Ladders but it ended in them fighting so they are trying a different game. Hopefully this time it will end better, but I am not holding my breath.

I am going to change my name to the Invisible Man. No one would notice though. In a tragic play, the hero, no matter how hard he tries, he can't change his fate even though he knows what is coming. Neither can I. I am not going to wast my time trying anymore.
