Earlier today, my sister L and her husband K stopped by on there way back to Phoenix from their trip to Colorado. They stayed for about an hour and a half then
had to go. They almost didn't come through Payson because yesterday a brush fire broke out along the Beeline highway and they closed the road. They would have had to go a different way back home, but firefighters got it almost contained today.

It was supposed to rain yesterday and today but as of now, nothing has fallen. I wish it would storm soon. This area really needs the water. Everything is so dry around here and could go up in flames really easily.

The past two days I have been trying to edit my first novel, but only get short periods of time to do so. I am about two thirds the way through. The only problem is that the story is unfinished. I just can't seem to find the creativity to complete it. I do not know why. I have ideas on how the rest of the story will go, but I can't bring myself to sit town and type it.
