Yesterday our new Motorola Droid phones arrived. I activated them and everything seemed to be working fine. I did contact the company and ask that our numbers be changed because they gave us the wrong area code.
This morning, I tried to place a call with my phone and it gave me a message that Verizon was unable to verify my phone and would not place the call. I tried M's phone with the same result. I am wondering if it is because they are changing the number. I will wait until tomorrow to see if anything has changed. If I still can't make a call, I will contact them and see if they can resolve the issue. If we can't make calls, then then there is no reason to have the phone.

Finally got the phones working. Everything seems to be fine. Although, I can't seem to get Twitter to send text messages to my phone like it was yesterday. It is not critical, but it would be nice.
I think it will take M a while to get used to the new phones.
