Home watching Scooby Doo with the kids. I really should be filling out the paperwork from the adoption lady. I told her that I would have it finished Monday to give to her. I hate filling out paperwork. But, it is for a good cause. I know it is a long shot for us to get approved to adopt N's sister but we have to try. It is the right thing to do.

We cleaned the house, met twice with the representative from the childrens agency and she talked with the kids about bringing another kid into our family. It will be a few more weeks before we know anything else. Until then we will have to do some more work on the house and keep it clean and picked up.

It is a long story, but I will try and be brief. First N's dad had another daughter about eight years ago. The mom lost her parental rights and he gave up his a few weeks ago. He is living in a camp ground homeless. The girl has been living in a homeless shelter for about eight months. We thought the right thing to do would be to have her live with us. Unfortunately, he turned her in to CPS where he is at so now we have to go through all the crap to get approved and then they can still stay no for what ever reason. And who knows if we will ever get approved anyway.

At any rate, it has made me stressed out and the boys are way behind. I don't know how to get them back on track with school. It is really my fault. If I was a better learning coach, the would be on track right now.
