Home. Things are going OK so far. The boys did some math and are now playing Poptropica.com.

Earlier, I participated in a conference call regarding Z's speech therapy. His speech therapist said he had mastered the 'o-r' and 'r' sounds that he was in speech for and was releasing him. Because it is part of the public school system, they have to document it at discuss it with me and his teacher, Amy. She said that he progressed really well and was a very good student. They concluded the meeting by saying that he was released from speech and it will no longer be required. Z was disappointed because he liked having speech. I am glad he is finished with it. He has improved a lot since starting and is where he should be for his age now.

Saturday I am going down to Phoenix for the weekend. Hopefully I will be able to hang out with my brothers this time since I will be alone. I have been wanting to go down by myself for a while now. I don't know how other parents are, but sometimes I need to take a break and get away. Besides there are a few things I need to take care of while down there.

Next weekend, M and her mom and sister are going down to Phoenix for their break. Of course I will be watching J's two girls but I know they need their time away also.

N has the next two weeks off for Spring Break. The week after next, Z and J have their Spring Break but only one week. I am glad their break is soon. I have a lot of work to get done, ie. spring cleaning. Maybe I can get caught up. Also, the boy's can get caught up on their lessons.

I am ready for bed. My allergies are kicking up and my eyes are red and itchy and my sinuses are all stuffed. Earlier, I fell asleep watching the Suns play the Jazz. I woke up when M came in the front door after work. Just in time to see the Suns lose by 8 points. Then it was off to do dishes then to watch the second part of a WWI documentary. Real exciting I know.

I took the kids to the park today. The boys took their basketballs. They had a good time trying to make baskets. They both made quite a number of them even though the baskets were way too high for them. They tried their best. It made me proud to see them try so hard and not give up. They are really good boys.

The girls ran around the volleyball courts and along the outside fence. They really wanted to go to the playground, but I couldn't let them go by themselves. It was too far away and I wouldn't be able to keep my eyes on them.

Well, I guess that does it for tonight. my eyes are closing fast.
