After being home with my kids this weekend, I realize that there is a difference in the way they act when I come home from work and when I am home with them.
Usually when I come home from work, they are running around getting into things and fighting with each other.
Being home this weekend, I spend a lot of time with them playing and helping them with stuff. They are calmer (as calm as a 2 and 3 year old can get). They are a lot better behaved.
Is it because I am home with them or something else. I don't remember them being that wild when I was a stay at home dad.
Because of our current financial situation, I will not be able to say home any time in the near future. I wish it was not so because being a stay at home dad, is the one job that I have had that I really enjoyed.
These are the trials and tribulations of a regular guy who bacame his children's Dad.
